Not sure what you mean. Are looking for info on the different products NEC supports? Or are you just talking about a NEC system running an Active Voice product. I use call screening, call monitor, live record, unified messaging, but there are different apps running all of this. All from my house via IP. Only because I can, since I sell it I gotta know how it works.

How does it work. For call record. Do I just push a button or do I have to do feture codes to set it. If i want to screen a call from auto attendant do I have to set it up first or is it I hit a button and it's on. Same with message moniter. Can I as a user turn it on and off without alot of Bull Shit.

call record is pressing a button
live monitor (call screen) is also a button push
both are easy to turn off & on
