I am trying to connect with the Electra Elite IPK SAT version 2.52 software. After clicking connect, I receive the "Data Set Ready is Off", and cannot connect. I'm kinda new to all this, any help out there?

Do you have a MIF-M card in the system and are you connected to the "back" RS232 port (com 1) on the IPK / Elite? Also are you using a "straight" NOT NULL 9 pin rs cable???
