Our one & only NEC tech quit, & I was left with something that he did not resolve. I believe the system is a 2000. On ext # 120, the feature key is flashing. One the display, is [102] [303] Extension 102 is one that will call 120 frequently. Also, ext 303 is the 4th port of voicemail. Could the problem be that ext 102 & VM tried calling #120 & tagged it for a return call? Also, for 3 or 4 new mailboxes that were set up, the system will not prompt the user to enter the first 3 letters of their last name to be included in the directory. I asked the customer if they pressed the correct key to be included in the directory. They claim that they did. I don't have cosessions or anything on this system. I don't work on NEC at all, so any help is appreciated.
Thanks,
Nate
I thought you said that your system was down...
