I'm not too detailed on this switch but I got a petty problem that I just can't figure out. A customer of mine moved the switch themselves and when they put it all back the whole programming was lost. They somehow reprogrammed it but couldn't get the voicemail integration right. They have an Active Voice Repartee with serial integration. The automatic log in feature is not working. So when you dial the voicemail pilot number to check your voicemail it doesn't automatically log you into your mailbox. You have to dial 9 and your extension. Other than that, the voicemail works fine. i.e. the message lights work and the voicemail follow on id is working. We've already checked the EMA setting and it's on. Any ideas is appreciated. Thanks.

Sounds like when you reprogrammed the system you didn't set the SMDR parameters for the AP00 card. You will need to go to CM D001 and set up your programming for SMDR (Neax 2400IMS format). You need to program for whichever port you are using for VM connection. ALSO, when completed you need to reset the AP card. Hope this helps
