Is there a way to clear the CID history under the Directory button on DTH phones hooked up to an Elite IPK?

never had anyone ask that. i'm guessing if you disconnect the battery on the mifm card then hit the reset button on it would clear it.

NOTE!!!!!!!!! if you have lcr programmed or if you even think you have lcr set do NOT do this!

I'd rather not try that. Also, that would effect all the phones though, what about just one? Any other ideas?

Chris:

Not sure if this might be the answer ...

Depending on if you want this available system wide or per phone, you'd set MB 2-05 to TNAT (Tenant Wide Mode) which is LK1, or to TEL (Telephone Mode) which is LK2.

Line Key Selection for Tenant Mode

General Description: Use this Memory Block to assign functions to each CO/PBX line key on each telephone in a tenant specified as Tenant Mode in Memory Block 2-05 (Line Key
Selection).

Settings page 2, LK14 = on/off.

This is in the IPK Programming Manual (Rev 1) 2-372

Correct me if I'm wrong, I'm not the hardware side of NEC. :P Reading that log on/off would mean to record ANI info that passes from the KSU correct?

I'll take it there's no way then huh? Where's that stuff stored? Is it in the phone itself? Is it port specific, extension specific?

Checked with KSU side of NTAC.

Only way to clear it would be to reset the MIFM card as there is no way to programmatically clear the CID.
