I'm sorry if this answer is somewhere else on this forum, but I've searched for three hours and cannot find a solution. We have an Electra system, and I think it's a Pro II. Some of the phones ring on incoming calls and some don't. I've adjusted the ringing volume on the phones that won't ring by dialing 601 and using the arrows, but they still won't ring due to an incoming call. I've accessed the programming mode but can't find any relevant information there. DND is off. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

day ringing is in program 4-01. night is in 4-02.
1>get into programming 2>go to 4-01 or 4-02 3>go to the ports you need to program 4>press the line keys you need to ring on those phones. off=no ring, red=delay, green=immead. ring 5>press transfer to write this port 6>go to step 3 if others otherwise go to step 7 7>speaker to get out of programming

Actually, on my phone system, I found the day and night rings in blocks 4-15 and 4-16. Perhaps I don't have an Electra Pro-II? The rest of your instructions proved accurate, however...thank you so much.
