Ok,...here is a hard one,...
When you pick up a hand set a station light will come on other phones to show you are on a line (i.e. co 1 and button #5 for station 100) However not all phones show the right station # ?
The Question is where is this info in the programing?

what are programmed under the buttons?
hit feature then the button. display will show what's there
ie
button says it's for ext 101. you hit feature then that button. display shows 1:110. well that button is set for ext 110 not 101.
reprogram that button. feature redial that button 1 101 feature. will get it back.

Well, I just reprogramed the Func. buttons
(Feature, redial, key ....e.t.c )and now they are ok...
