IS there any way to program extra keys on one phone. Example: One phone 3 installers. how can i get this to work, or any other ideas, this is on a 48-192. Thanks everybody. Eddie

do you mean as dss keys?
if so then they have to be set as feature access in system programming. then you can go to the phone and do a: feature redial one of the buttons 1 the ext number of the other people feature
that button will lightg up when they are on the phone and you can hit that buttton to call that person

It sounds like this would be system wide, I mean the four bottum keys are lines, or station numbers. But i would like to know what mem block and any info you could pass on.

only way to copy a complete set to another one is to use the sat software & have a mifm card.
only other thing you can do is to do a set copy. it will not copy the feature access buttons or dss.
it would copy lines, dnd, headset, etc. only hard buttons
