I randomly get phones that the feature light is flashing on, not sure how they are getting turned on and I cannot figure out how to turn it off. Anyone help?

do not disturb i think. try feature 69 feature on one of those phones to see if it goes off

try feature 99 feature to turn off anything that has been activated
