I'm trying to manage a NEAX 2000 IPS with the Matworx32 ver 7.3.4 application. Where in Matworx's do you view / configure call forwarding to a voice message box? Any insight will be appreciated.

That option is no longer available on the new Matworx IPS, I don't know why. It was available the the old version of Matworx 3.61 sp4 .

If you use MOC mode you can look on E601 CFbusy and E602 CFn/a. On my systems the VM pilot (5601) is off site so the extension doesn't exist in the IPS. To set an extension to go to VM you can get around this by entering:
E602>STA#>560,1
Putting the pause before the last digit you won't get a "extension doesn't exist" error.
Hope this makes sense.

I thought e603 allows you to do a call fwd busy and n/a. That would be easier then setting both 601 and 602. Please tell me if I am missing something.
Also thanks for asking the question. I was wondering what happened to the C/fwd plugin because it seems really dumb to have to go to MOC mode to do a simple call forward for vmail.

E603 does set CFB and CFNA to the same destination.
But if your Busy is to a virtual and No Answer is to a another then E603 doesnt work for you except for your virtual.
