Installed a DS1000 a few years ago. I am having a problem with a couple phones going down. If you try to use them they will periodically crash (goes through System start up several times til it finally comes back up). Then when you go to use it again (same thing). Any ideas

Is this a system wide problem or just a couple phones. I would check the power that the system is connected to. Also, upgrading to the latest software wouldn't be such a bad idea. ------------------ | Telephone Systems | Voice & Data Cabling

Just added a UPS to the System. And replaced wiring to each phone. My concern is that it is ext.s 303,304,305.
