I have an ext.114 that will not allow me to make outbound calls.
Can someone email me the procedure to get into the prog.mode and change this restriction to allow all calls?
This is a new client i just obtained and i never have prog.an Electra Elite 48 so i would greatly appreciate some help.

what's the class of service for that port (i'm guessing port 15).
class of service is in program 4-17
