Good Morning,
We have a 2000IPS that recently was upgraded from a 2000IVS and about two months later I was notified that the "MIC" soft key doesn’t toggle the MIC on and off like it used to on all the phones. Help... please!
Thank You Rob

Feature + 1 works so it appears as if the softkey is where the problem lies. I've reset the switch however the problem is still there.
Any Ideas?

Rob,
What pattern are you using I have not heard of this problem with the default pattern. Take a look at 1217>sta# 1222>sta# 1223>sta#

You are using softkey pattern 0. Need to check that the pattern is defined correctly. The programming for the pattern is 9A00>XXYY XX is the pattern state and YY is the key. 9A10>XXYY XX and YY are the same as above. But this is where you name the pattern.
