Hi all, I have lost the password to login with the CoSessions software. I need to administer mailboxes but can't login. Any help?

Are you talking about the Voicemail administrator password or the Cosessions username and password?

vm manager & cosessions logon are the same. you need a used id with manager status to logon to the vm with cosessions & also to use the manager options within a mailbox

Chris, I'm a little perplexed. Are you saying that the F2 login and the Cosessions name and password to connect to the vms are one in the same?

yes as long as that person is setup as a manager.
ie.........
my ext is 106 my vm password=9999
i press my vm button to listen to my messages. the system knows that my userid is 9106 because i'm calling from my phone. it asks me for my password. 9999. i then press the more softkey. then mgr softkey. now i can add/delete vm boxes, change the main greeting, the system schedule, etc.
or
i can use cosessions. press f2 to logon
9106 is my user id it asks for my password. 9999.
now i'm in cosessions. the same info can be used in both places.

Cosessions also has a username and password to connect to the vms. If either one doesn't match, then you cannot connect with Cosessions. Supertech2000 didn't clarify which one he needed.

Thanks for all the replies. Sorry I haven't responded, but I was away Fri. I have since found the user/password for the voicemail. Is there a way to initialize the system,(erase all customer data) or at least delete all mailboxes without deleting them individually? Thanks.

from the main screen. exit the vm. you'll see a dos menu type thing.
(going from memory & lack of sleep here) archive & de-archive de-archive system files de-archive default database
restart vm. everything will be gone UNLESS someone recorded over the system prompts. only way to get those back is to send it to nec
