Customer is changing from a T1 carrying both voice and data to 1 dedicated for each from a new provider. Old T1 was split by a VINA to the NEC and the data went straight to the switch. What do I need to replace the VINA with? There is no Smartjack or Adtran or anything like that. Taking the t1 straight to the sytem tails didn't work. The new provider could see the loopback I plugged in but couldn't see the system.
