We have a NEAX2000IVS with both digital and analog phones. Caller ID displays on the digital phones but not analog. How can we make this work? Thank you.

Excuse the dumb questions, but do the analog lines have Caller ID service activated on them? Also, can you plug a CID box in on the line and receive the caller's info?

The IVS does not support CID to analog stations need to upgrade to IPS.
