I have an NEAX2000 IPS and an NEAXMail AD-40 system. The system has a conference bridge on it that we can dump callers into for conference calls. We do that by simply transfering them to an extention.
I would like to change the extention number that is used for the conference bridge. is this something that I just need to change in the IPS or will I need to change it in the AD-40
