Can anyone explain a method to program Busy Lamp buttons that also act as a Intercom button too.
It's not apparently clear in 4-12 of the programming guide.
Thanks very much,

m.b. 4-12 prog. key as a "feature access" (example, FA 01) then go out of prog. mode, and (w/out picking up the phone) press feature, the FA key you just programed, then 1 and the ext. number you want the key to represent and then feature key again. good luck. ------------------ www.tgcommunications.net [This message has been edited by tom@tgcomm (edited July 07, 2005).]

This area of the programming is very confusing.
Let me clear up a few questions I have.
The Port/CO is for the extension I'm programming, right?
The Line Key represents the LK key I'm attempting to program FA for, right?
I go into programming mode, LK4-12. Press CNF until I get to the port number. Dial 03 to represent the Line Key three (third from top left) I wish to program. I then press the LK6 button for FA. The display shows FA to the right of the display. I type 01 and the display then shows FA 01. I hit transfer, Ans, and go out of programming. When I try to hit Feature and the LK3 button, it says UNUSED.
I must be doing something wrong.

Thank you both. I'm doing quite well now. Just a couple of issues that I'm trying to work out.
