i'm new with the nec 2000ips and i've been given the task of creating a new station ( extenion #). We currently have 4 digit extention #'s (4xxx) with a roll-over extention (5xxx).. We have 5 telephone numbers on the phones. what commands should i be looking at? Any help is appreciated.

Command 10 is where the stations are programmed, and command 11 is where the rollover (virtuals) are programmed. The buttons are programmed in command 9000. What you need to know is that the phones need HW ports on a card. Do you have a card with 5 open ports?
