Our system administrator left and no one throught to get phone codes. We finally got the security code changed on his phone so the new SA can at least access VM but he's now not set up at System Administrator. How do we get that accomplished? I have the Systems Manager Guide, VM User Guide, Attendent Guide and none explain how to designate an extension # to be used as SA. As you can tell I'm new at this and at a total loss.

By default there is a system admin mailbox created that belongs to Amy Ronk. Accessed from $greeting by dialing ******( Please do not post passwords or logins)
You can do admin via this mail box . The only other option is to access the mail via Cossesion and create a new "Manager Status" to the mailbox of the person who wants to be admin..
