DS2000, 3.22.00
Auto attendant is to direct some calls to UCD 701, which is covered by two extns. Works great for days, then the phones start ringing, the coverage button flashing and when answered, just DT. Hang up, instantly starts ringing again. Will not clear until you restart the system.

Any body else had similar events?

if you set this up with the windows program, go back and set all pertaining parameters with the telephone programming. There are some small weird glitches in the Windows pgm.

Make sure your using the latest s/w version of the PC admin program too, which is 3.21.03. But I would try what brokeda said and if that don't help... default and program through telephone. Also check the phone lines to make sure everything is ok on telco side.

Both brokeda and clgjr are correct.
You have to have the newest virsion software on your pc or lap top to program the ds2000 with version 3.22.00. You have to have higher version of windows than 98.

Using 3.21.03 and XP Pro. I'll check out the setup thru an admin phone and see what clicks.
