NEC Electra Elite 48,

Private line won't forward to VM, just keep ringing. But if you dial the main number and dial the extension(101), after 4 rings it will forward to mailbox 101.

I checked: 1-1-29, 4-17, 1-8-08 (2-5, 5-4),
and 4-42. Four other extensions have direct
dial in lines. When those lines ring, there
respective mailboxes answers on NACFWD.

Second Question: The systems stays in nite
mode and the nite mode button stays lit even
after you press it.

I dialed Feature, Redial and press the nite button and the display showed: 06:#:80<FNC>.

How do I reprogram the system to switch from day and nite mode manually.

IT SOUNDS LIKE THE SYSTEM IS IN NITE-MODE. FEATURE 80 FEATURE SHOULD TOGGLE BACK AND FORTH. M.B. 3-42 IS DIT DAY, 3-43 IS NITE, IF 3-43 IS NOT PROG. THEN YOU MUST DO THIS OR PUT THE SYSTEM IN DAY MODE.
