I have took over an account of an Elite system that was 4000 software that I upgrade to 9500. The main reason for upgrading was they wanted the CLID Name, they had a partial before and now they are using a full PRI. The upgrade went flawless and I was pretty impressed since it my first exposure to programming on of these. I am have a couple of "issues". First the PRI has been configured with 2 trunk groups, Trunk Group A is channel 1-20 and Trunk Group B is 21-23. I went into trunk group programming (3-03) and assigned 01-20 as trunk group 1 (access code 9) and 21-23 into trunk group 2 (access code 70). When I dial 70 I get 23, 22, 21, etc. When I dial 9 I get 20, 19, 18, etc. The only problem is the phone company sees 23 as channel 15 and is pulling the wrong trunk group (as far as the the LEC is concerned). My thought was to check 1-13-00 and make sure LED 7 is on for 24 channels and it was. I am at a loss.

My second "issue" I can not get CLID name to work. All the phones are in COS 0, and I went into class of service feature selection 1-8-08 and went into COS 0 page 4 and lit LED 3 and 4, and the page 5 LED 7 and lit that. Still no CLID, I also installed a chip to do scrolling on the MIF (does that need to be enabled). The number is all I see, it should show the name first correct?
