A BIG thank you for the referral to John Galt Communication. I called and spoke with Andy. He really does know what this NEC system. He came out to the office, did a thorough analysis of my system, made a number of suggestions, and is working on a proposal that will address my specific needs. Andy was able to answer, off the top of his head, virtually every question I asked. He also offered to get the answer to those few he could not answer on the spot. And he took care of a couple of things the prior tech had left undone, without charge. How often does that happen?
I was really impressed with his level of knowledge and with the fact that the pricing structure is very upfront. No two hour minimum and no surprises. The purpose of his visit was to determine what I wanted and to give me a specific price for which I can get the job done.
Andy spoke in terms that I could easily understand, and he is a really nice guy too. If I sound enthusiastic, it is for good reason: I have had my fair share of bad experiences with vendors (from computers, to phones, to furniture sales). Good people are few and far between. I am glad to have found a good one.
