Good Morning,
I used MATWorX Studio 3.61 “Copy/Move Station†to switch two extensions on a 2000IVS2 and now those two extensions can’t hear pages. Both extensions still appear in CMD5600 so I don’t know where else to look, help! Thanks Gentlemen

Rob,
Unfortunately, MATWorX is far from perfect as an administrative tool, and the general wisdom regarding moves in MATWorX is that it's a lot easier to swing the physical jumpers. Using the MATWorX functions sometimes introduces GSW* into the system.
I would suggest that you do the following:
1.) Back up the database. Always a good idea, but especially now.
2.) Delete the entire group(s) in 5600 where the two phones appear.
3.) Recreate the group that you just deleted.
4.) Repeat with Pick-up groups, UCD groups, or any other groups in which the affected phones appear.
5.) After hours, or while the switch is idle, reset the switch.
That should -- and I say, SHOULD -- correct the problem. In the future, I strongly recommend physically moving jumpers in order to perform moves, as Gentle Ben mentioned, above.
BTW, you'll get better responses to posts if you complete your profile, and give an email address and a website.
