we experienced a power outage for 7 days. Now
when using the intercom, the originating extension can not hear the other extension. For example, when extension 100 calls extension 101, extension 101 can hear 100, but 100 can not hear 101.

The MIC is on on both. What is causing this?

I am familiar with programming the phone system.

Check your HFU setting in MB4-19 (going by memory) and make sure that they are all on for your extensions.

actually 4-29 is hfu (handsfree). and by default it is turned off.

you'll also need to go around and make sure all the mics are turned on as well (feature 1).

also sounds like you need to replace your memory battery. it should hold it's memory for months without power.
