Greetings everyone,
Just wanted to check with our experts here if they have seen a situation where a VMS(4) refuses to boot up and load the voicemail application, and what's the prognosis for this.
VMS(4) boots, but is not accessible through either the telephone handsets (yup, all programmed properly) and is also not accessible via Cosession. Cosession connects and gives a blank screen, no displays at all. Drive appears to be running, as there's read/write activities there.
The BCLR light goes from red at boot to permanent blinking green, no matter how long I leave it.
I haven't seen this before, but want to check with our experts here before I declare it DOA.
Thanks.

Yup, tried maint mode, and a same thing, blank screen.
Normally, I can connect with co-session on the VMS and watch it go through the boot process. However, with this one, doesn't matter what I try, nothing comes up on the remote screen with cosession. This leads me to believe that the cossession host software on the drive is "toast."
But even with cosession host not loading, it should still load up the rest of the vm software and turn the lite solid green, no?
