i have set up a day/night button on the customers phone and it works fine, my problem is the customer now wants the button to light up so she doesn't forget it's on. How do i make the button stay lit?
thank you in advance.

The only time I've seen one go out is when they were also setting it by FAC. Try removing the FAC.

Thanks Telephoneguy, i had to create a virtual ext and point in cm>3005 to the virtual. also in cm>e600 to the v-mail pilot. cm>9000 put 13xx on the button. cm>08>244,245 (allow), and Cm>6529>x>x.
now all she does is press the button on the phone and it puts it in night mode and the light stays lit...
