I have a user with at Dterm Series i 32 button phone. Her MWI light will not toggle on or off with messages. Everything is set in voice mail correctly but the light will not light up when she has a message. Is there a command I can use in MOC to fix this? The system is an NEC 2000 ips with a nexa 64 voice mail.
If all else fails read the directions.

change 1303 for that extension to a zero.
