Hey everyone,
Here's a new one. We have forwarding setup for our tax dept extensions to roll over to the virtual line when the user is on the first line. If both lines are busy the call rolls over to voice mail. I checked the commands E601, E602, and E603 and it appears to be correct for the extension. But when the user is on the first line it roll to another extension in the tax dept. I also checked the call forward and it is not on. Any ideas? Thanks.

check 160, 170, and 180 for the extension, hunting takes precedence over forwarding.
If you delete the extension out, make sure that you close the loop or it will jack up the Pick-Up/ACD/UCD/Hunting Group.
You can talk about us, but you can't talk without us.

I removed all of the programming from the virtual len and set the fowarding again and this corrected the issue. Not really sure what was wrong but I get bored with messing with it
Thanks.
