I would like to program F5010 on one of the soft keys of the DTERM set. Is this possible or are the 4 buttons at the top of the set (factory Assigned Features) that can not be changed. If they can be changed can you let me know the procedure on this The type of system is the Neax 2000 IPS Thanks Greg

The default button layout(3)cannot be changed. CM 1223 will define your button layout. Creating a new button layout(0,1,2) can be tough. If you use Matworx it's a little easier than phone programming. Hope this helps.

the command is 9AYY where yy=00-03 are the button layouts and yy=10-13 are the names of the keys.
But have you considered using the "answer" key as a F5010, instead? That's "caller ID," right?
So 9000>xxxx,95>F5010 will turn the answer key into a caller ID key.
