I have an elite 48 with 1 Line Key per CO on each extension (No CAP or CAR). I have enabled Barge-In by class on each class of service.
Users still cannot barge-in on a CO in use. They still get a "BUSY" message on the display when pressing a red CO button. The system is an upgrade to an Infoset 408 which allowed this feature and "spoiled" the users.
Any Suggestions? Or is there a different process than just pressing a busy linekey?

Try pressing Feature + Conf + trunk button.
