I have a location with about a 3 sec. delay before a transferred call can be released. This is from either side of the CCIS and I have not been able to resolve. Tech Support helped with the initial install where I could not transfer to VM which resides in the main system from the remote location and the solution was to use XXX,X for forward to the destination 4 digit extension. Is the "D" channel actually supposed to be that slow or is there a better solution? The only issure I have is the inability to perform a blind transfer for one location to the other and all sets are D-TERM or SLI.

You could try Cmd 08 de 405 Ignore what the book says it's for. It will stop blind transfers if enabled.
