Customer had a power outage and the battery failed on the processor so all info was set to default. We need to finish the Digital Voice Mail integration and the message waiting light on the phones. Thank you for any help this Toshiba guy is struggling. :bang:

Got if figured out, however need to get into the voice mail to reset some passwords, any guidance would be appreciated

co-sessions software on a pc & a null modem cable would probably help you out some BUT you will still need a logon for someone with manager status.
you might (depends on the version of the vm software) be able to reset the password via a phone. but again you would need a logon with manager status.
