I was just contacted by a client with an IVS (CP00). They want the main published number (a DID) to ring at each of three extensions in turn before going to voicemail.
The first ext. is a 16-button Dterm III. The second and third are 8-button Dterm E.
I tried programming an appearance of the MPN extension on the second Dterm, and setting delayed ring (CM 9003), but it didn't ring.
I can't use CFNA (CM E602) because that will send the call to the wrong mailbox (third user instead of general delivery). I also tried building a hunt group (CM 180) but there was no change in the behavior of the phones.
It seems as if the CP00 won't accept programming changes.
Any thoughts? Ideas? War stories?

have you tried pointing the MLN at a virtual number. Have a VN for each extension, then you can use e602. Let the customer know that calls coming in will ring around 12 times before going to VM (if the timers are default), maybe they will change their mind then.
