what causing the loss of SetKeyFD/licenses at 2000IPS ?

The missing SetkeyFD was in CAT or MAT?? how you know it was missing??? From cmd F83>0 ??

Haven't you already asked this question elsewhere and been told that the only way to sort this is to contact NEC?

I use MAT, usually by opening menu of upgrade-->SetKeyFD-->Display--> all active license in presenting.
Problem of me is at the time of process above doing, all active license, none ? and I repeat and its is same result.
I sure the problem of license exist in MP have losed, what causing it?
