I have a VMP voicemail on an IPK that does not recognize the password when logging in with my laptop with Co-Sessions. I tried to log into Sandy's mailbox but it tries to ring an extension when entering 9 and the mailbox number. I tried to log in as the administrator and reset the password in Sandy's mailbox but that didn't help. Is there another way in or do I have to reset the VM system? If so How???

if you can't log into the system via a manager login the only 2 options are to default OR to send it to nec to have the password pulled from it.
have you gone thru all of the mailboxes to see if you could get in? i'd try that 1st.
to default, get to the main screen via the dip switch and de-archive a default database will do it.
