System: Elite 48, sw 7.01
Here's the issue:
CO1-4 are on a COID card. Line 4 is acting strange. Lines 1-3 work perfectly fine, but 4 provides no dialtone when accessed, but will flash/ring if the number is dialed and if you dial during the silence, it will complete the call (although you cannot hear) -- ie: one way outbound. If you call out from the line to another source, the source can hear you, but you can't hear the source.
Any suggestions?

have you tried to move the card to a different slot and re-program?! if not, i'd try that 1st.
it will rule out the slot

if u have another coid card try it in the slot and see if the same thing happens, if so then it will probably be the slot, if not and the new card fixed it then you know you have a bad port on the card. i would try this before i had to reprogram anything.

Have you tried this with a buttset at the MDF? Sounds like some of the problems I have with telco at different sites over the past couple years.
Scott.
