No, its not on. Although when CF is activated on the extension, the DND light does flash. I believe is documented though

The only way I get this to work is making sure the mailbox is set to await answer instead of release. For some reason if the mailbox is set to blind transfer call forwarding off premise never works.

I hate hate to sound stupid, but how do you setup the await answer? You mean like a screened instead of unscreened transfer in the dial action table?

You have to use unscreened transfer. What you are trying to do I have done at a few of our customers. Call into the user mailbox and make sure attendant do not disturb is off, I'll bet money it is on
