Had a customer call and want this..
When he pages over the phones and a call comes in the ring will cut off his page....He doesn't want that...If he pages over the phone he wants the page to take precedance over the incoming call ringing...Any Ideas? I have looked at my manuals and all I could find was for internal vs external paging. feature 51 vs 55

What type of system are you working on?

Does the page he is on cut off and he is automatically connected to the new caller, or does he just hear the ringing of the new call and think he got cut off? Are you using ACD?

If you have an NEC Level 2, Elite 48, 192 or IPK 1, is his Answer key lit solid? Have you checked 4-51.

Just a couple things that come to mind...repost and let me know
