We have a situation where the NEAX IMX switch needs to forward call an extension to an external number however this causes the trunk to lock out.

Incoming trunk needs to be transfered to an extension which has call forwarded activated to an external number.

Anybody had this problem before and advice to help solve this issue ?

Thanks in advanced.

If you are using analog trunks, you need battery reversal or mettering pulses for the PBX to acknowledge far party hangup.
If you have MFC trunks, Any NEAX previous to the IPX has problems on MFC to MFC connections.
