I have an Electra Proffesional Level 1. I do not have the Electra programming manual.
Every morning the Night Mode is turned on.
I want this to stop.
I do have the ProMail Manual.
The attached ProMail, on ext 50 & 51, is set to forced day mode. This has no affect on the Electra system.
Any help?

Memory Block 1-17 assigns automatic day night switching for the phone system.

Great... I think.
Now how do I change it?
Do I hook up a computer with some software, or is it a special device or can I access it through the display phone?

You will need the programming manual to accomplish this via programming through the phone.
Contact a NEC Dealer in your area and they can sell you a manual or try a search on the internet.
