We have about 40 DTR-8D-2 ACD phones for our agents. We have had problems recently where 1 or more agents get "stuck"; they can't log out, go into break, or anything. Whatever mode they are in, they are in. This is a two fold question. 1) Is there something I can do to force a user to log out of the system 2) We have been restarting 2 services on the server when this happens to multiple people, and it forces everyone out, and everything works when the system comes back up. Except our receptionist split comes up in night mode, and we have no idea why. Any thoughs?

We've had a problem with our consoles locking up too. It will usually be one or two at a time and I'll reset the card. This just started to happen recently and it has happened on all four of our consol cards but not all at the same time. Dangit.

This sounds like a common issue with an ACD Plus card. Is this what you have?
