We have installed the Ultra CallAnalyst lite on a DS2000. Problems with the reporting is when you ask for an incoining report it will give a detail of incoming call then the next line will have XXXX in the calling number but the detail information is the same as the original incoming call. This is giving double calls count incoming. We have removed it and re installed the program but this did not help. What's happening?

What kind of info do you get from using hyperterminal or procom. You can see what the raw smdr is , That way you will know what the system is sending, could be a problem with the CallAnalyst. Jayman

Went into smdr through Hyperterm and all appears to be working correctly. Are there some special settings required for the CallAnalyst that are not documented?

I would guess it would depend on the software or baud rate on the callanalyst. You may have to match their settings. Can you make changes on the callanalyst? Thanks Jayman
