We have a nec 2000 system and I would like to know if there is there a command in the MOC mode that I can use to toggle whether an extension can dial Long Distance (LD)?
I have several extensions in vestibules and I don't want to be able to dial LD. I really don't care about local calls.
Thanks in advance.

First you must set up toll restriction through LCR. Then you can use CM1201 to set data as 11 through 88.

Easiest way is find an extension that is restricted already in the way you want this one to be. check what that is set to in CMD 1201 then set these extensions to the same. If you can't find one set the way you want just keep trying different levels until you get the desired effect.

You might also want to check 1204 for that extension (might be set up by tenants).
What you need to do is compare 1201 and 1204 with an extension that can not dial long distance. Then mimic the data on the extension in question.
