Elite 192, S8500.
I am trying to make my phone system automatically call an outside number at a pre-set time. I know that there's a SLT Timed Reminder Call Back feature on the system that would make the system call back an analogue extension at a time that's settable by the attendant.
However, this Reminder call-back feature can only be made so that the system rings the specific extension directly. I cannot get it to forward that call outside of the system, or for that matter, to another extension.
Does any of the NEC experts here have a solution that would allow me to do what I am trying to achieve?
Thanks for any insight you can provide.

How about using voice mail to call out?

i 2nd the motion on the vm. you can have the vm "deliver" a message up to a year in advance. and as long as you have the notification turned on and going to the number you want, it will deliver.
