Does anybody know if there is a way to change the settings on how smdr is sent? For exaple I have a customer that had a mitel, smdr would show the call go to the intended extention then to voicemail.Sence I put in the ds2000 it only shows the final destination being the voicemail ext(501,502,ect.)They need to be able to see what ext. is being called to begin with.Does this make sence? Thanks Jayman

Jayman,

I've been dealing with some DS DSX SMDR and CTI issues myself lately. Very difficult to get straight forward answers. From what I have gleaned from tech support (which seems to have been down past 2 days) and my NEC rep, there is no way to manipulate the SMDR without call accounting software to play some tricks with the info for you. This is a new area for me on these guys, so I'd be welcome for anyone else to chime in with better news...
