We have a nec 200 ips system and I need to add voice mailboxes to many extensions. Can someone tell me what the MOC command is for adding a mailbox?
Thanks.

MOC is not used for adding mailboxes. You would add the mailboxes in the voice mail system. You would use MOC to set call forward to voice mail.

I see. So I connect to the voice mail server and run the administration console and do it from there? If so, where do I go in the software?
Thanks.

If you are putting voicemail on for the first time don't forget to check Cmd 1303 for each extension (should be set to 0) or you won't get message notification.

The voicemail, if this is an in-skin (AD-8?), can be accessed through CoSessions software. You can also call into the master mailbox and add mailboxes that way.
IF this is an external VM (AD-16, AD-40, Ad-64, AD-120, or Repartee) then you need to access it through the external PC terminal.
