Trying to figure out why we are no longer able to connect to the unit via SAT software. * other connections using that serial port work fine; thus it is not a hardware issue up to the point of the MIFM slot.
Checked for a password in 1-8-17 (none) Checked slot assignment for the card (correct)
...any ideas? TIA!

seems we had 2 cables go bad one after the other. unlikely, but eventually a third one was tried and suddenly ... there was light. took awhile tho. thanks bigc!
