I am getting a fast busy everytime someone uses the overhead page after they hangup.they are using bogen paging,i know it is a disconnect problem but cant seem to get it,was on the line with nec support also.

You mentioned using Bogen paging, which I assume it the brand of the amplifier. Do you have a paging adapter installed between the phone system and the paging amplifier?

It sounds as if you might have an adapter in place and it simply hasn't been configured properly for use on an analog station port. If you can get us more details as to the specific amplifier and any adapter installed between the phone system and amplifier, I am sure we can get you an answer pretty quickly.
